Job Description:


Establish regular work schedule. Support staff as needed. Document time and activities in Quickbooks (QB). Update To-Do list weekly and leave for President. Update password spreadsheets and distribute to employees. Update accounting files for Laurie. File reorganization for staff. Scan to digital. Order office supplies. Order paper goods (tp, bathroom towels, etc.). Order pest control. Order coffee machine filters and cleaning tablets (Sur La Table). Order Keurig beverage cups (Amazon). Update Office Orientation documents. Update client contact lists. Order copier toner cartridges. Make client billing envelopes. Reconcile monthly bank statement in QuickBooks. Schedule birthday lunches. Organize anniversary recognition, greeting card, small treat. Manage office equipment needs, copiers, TV, some computer. Report property issues to landlord. Update client and vendor databases. Proofreading. Update budget spreadsheets. Answer phones as needed. Filing and organization. Errands on occasion.

Job Requirements:


Goal: To provide support to billable agency staff, helping them to be as productive as possible and facilitating work flow.
Software: Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, QuickBooks.  Skills: Organized, task-oriented, self-starter, ethical.
Also: No drama, no gossiping, and we don’t have a lot of time for chit-chat.
