ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Salary: $25,000

Duties Include:

  • Handle general Accounts Payables mainly.

  • Process checks and invoices, correct financial account records (address/contacts/phone's/email addresses). C

  • Correct all discrepancies, process credit memos, handle billing, match invoices with accounts (GL), make sure to identify the differences between "Office Supplies" and "Material Supplies" based on accounting records for correct GL posting to accounts properly.

  • Focus on the details, organization of all accounting files, and assist in identifying correct accounts for general ledger posting.

  • Code and key accounts payables.

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Salary:  To $100,000

Duties Include:

  • Supervise the Engineering Department, which consist of a staff of several Engineers.
  • Will be expected to Oversee and Lead all projects through to the production phase and shepherd them during their life cycle, that are mostly Mechanical/Design and Structural of an Aircraft.
  • Direct and handle the department thru providing
  • Solid Leadership with all personnel and projects assigned to the engineering department.
  • Responsible for the status of each engineering project.
  • Significant new technology development items will be assigned to you.
  • Engage in unique & custom design products.
  • Will be called upon to consult with the overall manufacturing operation, in various departments.
  • Direct the staff with monitoring and proofing all Mechanical and Structural drawings and prototypes.
  • Original design duties will be carried out with the use of AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Work with new analog & digital manufacturing production processes.
  • Interface with QA & Purchasing regularly.
  • See that the staff develops the necessary documentation for manufacturing of Component Installation/ Wire Harness/Mechanical/Structural Processes. *
  • As a key part or their research and development program, will be asked to investigate new opportunities and travel to customer locations on a regular basis.
  • Travel may average 10% to 20% of your time at some point in the future.

Requirements:

  • Need to have been the "Director Or a VP of Engineering" for at least 5-10+ years minimum, this Is REQUIRED!
  • Must have an Electrical or Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree.
  • Need to have a large Research & Development Background, with examples of successful R&D projects.
  • Candidates must understand the "Big Company" and "BIG PICTURE" resources management engineering concepts. 
  • Need to have a heavy project management background.
  • Must have a background in Aircraft - Airframe (Exterior & Interior Design)/Avionics & Instrumentation/AND Engines, that includes a general aviation background.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Salary:  $85,000

 

Duties Include:

  • Reports to the Engineering Director.

  • Senior Mechanical Engineer providing DER (Designated Engineering Representative) engineering services to the FAA.

  • Support Quality Control.

  • Routinely review the Inspection and Maintenance Records.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering experience in an Aircraft Parts or Aircraft Fabrication Operation.

  • It is Required that candidates have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (In Any Discipline).

  • To be qualified, you must have an FAA "DER" (Designated Engineering Representative) Certification.

  •  Previous inspection and aircraft logbook/cycle count recordkeeping experience is preferred.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Salary:  $75,000

 

Duties:

  • Responsible for the development and design of new products and applicable maintenance of current designs.

  • Focus on Inverters and Power Management to design new products.

  • Electrical hardware design of new products.

  • Creating schematics and using circuit design software to produce printed circuit boards.

  • Research of new parts, processes, or methods to incorporate into new designs.

  • Prototyping and execution of test programs to verify compliance to all applicable performance, regulatory, and quality requirements for design validation.

  • Coordinate with other functional teams during the life cycle of the product and be responsible for design modifications as required.

  • Support production facilities in the manufacture and testing of products.

  • Complete documentation of the design in the required formats.

  • Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) of new and existing designs.

  • Bill of Material (BOM) creation and maintenance. Part and vendor evaluation and qualification.

  • Creation of manufacturing work instructions for production implementation of designs.

  • Implementation of new engineering designs as they transition to production.

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from accredited university.

  • 5+ years Electrical Engineering experience required.

  • 2+ years experience in electromechanical design preferred, (but not required).

  • Knowledge of Inverters and Power Management to design new products.

  • Battery management/pack design. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interface with production personnel, engineering, management, and other departments.

  • Printed circuit layout software.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD required.

  • Experience with Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles a plus. 

  • Significant solid modeling software experience, SolidWorks helpful.

DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

Salary:  $80,000

Duties:

  • Direct quality assurance inspections for aircraft composites to ensure high standards and expectations of company, government requirements, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitored and coordinated root cause and corrective action procedures.

  • Accountable for leading and directing quality control inspectors in product specifications, quality control, and reports management.

  • Provide technical expertise to facilitate continual improvement, compliance and corrective actions in the Quality Assurance program through effective communication with direct reports, peers and managers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Quality Experience.

  • 3 years in a Management/Supervisory position. 

  • BS Degree in Management or Industrial Mfg. Preferred , but not ABS. 

  • Previous AS9100 certification management is preferred. Blow molding, Injection molding highly preferred.

  • COMPOSITE EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!! 

  • Developed and implemented processes, systems and internal auditing procedures to achieve AS9100 certification.

  • Coordinated and implemented a highly successful Receiving Inspections program to ensure that internal and external parts were within company regulations.

  • Assist in the following areas:  Plan, direct, and deployed quality department to meet organizational goals, manage improvement activities for facility.

  • Perform and provide training for internal audit programs. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and record keeping.

  • Handle FC bookkeeping duties for this oil and gas operation.

  • A/P, A/R, and Bank Reconciliation responsibilities.

  • Will maintain "Joint interest billing" (JIB).

  • All data is compiled on a Oil & Gas specific software system called "Petro Ware"!
