PROJECT ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

ACCOUNTANT - BOOKKEEPER

Duties: 

Handle accounting and data entry for several joint ventures that are smaller to medium size entities. This would include payroll for subsidiaries, MUST be flexible for large volume data entry of reporting. Duties will include but will not be limited to developing and implementing a comprehensive and effective recruitment plan for potential new clients.  The plan will be structured around a detailed monthly approach to effectively identifying quality prospects, setting sales call appointments and effectively closing sales calls using a technology-based format to manage this process. 

 

The plan will require personal management of all relevant data and will include but not be limited to creating a system using available technology that will establish a contact plan for prospecting and contacting potential new business to business clientele.  Establish a plan for managing prospect information to insure aging of prospects does not exceed six (6) months.  Recruit new companies to meet monthly and annual financial and company sales goals.  Entry of contact information only on those client company prospects which are deemed viable.  For those viable prospects, they will be entered into the database when a live sales interaction occurs and within a reasonable timeframe following that interaction.

 

Establish contact plans using telephone and other necessary means, and setting appointments with prospects that will be input and tracked using company client database.  Maintain a record of ongoing contacts and outcomes.  Effectively communicate the product as well as the relative cost and benefits to prospective client.  Efforts will provide measurable results including appropriate reporting on sales efforts which will be input and tracked. 

 

Provide weekly verbal and written report to the Vice President of Business Development, on progress in qualified leads generation, prospect calling and realizing of new sales goals.  Effectively manage the ongoing communication with assigned new clients during the first three years of business to assure timely contact and relationship sustainability.  Assist the accounting department in the collection of delinquent accounts.

 

Attend public relations functions and events that are valuable in generating new prospects or closing new business opportunities and use those programs/events to accomplish specific sales goals.  Reaching out to Chamber of Commerce events, Century II sponsored conventions and programs, working Linked In, Face book, Twitter and other social media exposures to reach out and meet new clientele.  Assist other departments and individuals with special projects as the need arises.

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 Plus Benefits

This position consists of performing various tasks related to the management of the Field Service Organization, help desk hardware technicians, Deployment and Corporate Infrastructure LAN / WAN operations.  This would include design and planning of the implementation, training and continuing support of the network of company and its' clients including, but not limited to: New Clients, participate in a management and directing role for network planning and design, Hardware and Software Installation & related Training.  Follow-up to assure client satisfaction and proper and full utilization of the implemented network.  Existing Clients; continuing Hardware and third party software support to ensure that clients are properly utilizing the product and taking full advantage of its features.  Assist in the implementation and training on product upgrades and new products.
