Managing a team of 3 sales representatives and 1 assistant, the incumbent will be directly responsible for the company's overall growth within the North American territory. The Sales Manage will have the responsibility of developing relationships with decision makers at prospective client companies. This position requires strategic selling skills, a blend of lead generation, prospecting, business acumen and creativity. This is an individual contributor role as well as a sales manager role. Other responsibilities include: clearly articulate company's value proposition in a client-focused context and effectively present company's capabilities in formalized presentations on both on the phone and in person.

Requirements/Skills:

Requirements for this position are time management skills and the ability to interface effectively at multiple levels of a client marketing and operations organization, up to and including "C-level: executives. Additional requirements are:
